Role Description
High Dive International is seeking an Account Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Ludhiana. This role is central to managing client relationships, acting as the main liaison to understand their recruitment needs and specific role requirements. The Account Manager will provide consistent updates on the progress of recruitment searches, coordinate effectively with the internal recruiting team, monitor candidate pipelines, and ensure the timely submission of qualified candidates. Key duties include managing client expectations, participating in review meetings, and proactively addressing any challenges that arise during the interview and offer stages. Additionally, the role involves maintaining precise records within internal systems, generating straightforward reports, and contributing to business expansion through exceptional client service and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing client relationships, with a demonstrated ability to comprehend client needs and communicate professionally and promptly.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities to handle multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks effectively, and diligently track open positions and candidate progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for client interactions, internal team collaboration, and the creation of basic reports.
- Comfort and familiarity with using spreadsheet software, email platforms, and applicant tracking or CRM systems for activity tracking and record maintenance.
- Ability to work effectively on-site in Ludhiana, collaborate with various internal teams, and thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented work environment.
- Prior experience in account management, recruitment, human resources, or client-facing roles is advantageous, particularly within industries such as fintech, edtech, banking, textile, or IT.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, HR, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
