Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for an Academic Coordinator. The role involves supervising curriculum implementation, guaranteeing educational quality, and facilitating communication between instructors and learners. Key duties include developing instructional plans, arranging class schedules, evaluating student advancement, upholding academic benchmarks, and offering support to educators to enhance student performance. The role also requires managing online educational tools and ensuring a smooth virtual learning environment.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess experience in academic planning, coordination, and curriculum oversight. Essential skills include strong communication, organizational capabilities, and leadership qualities. Proficiency with online learning technologies, platforms, and digital classroom management systems is necessary. Familiarity with international educational frameworks such as Cambridge IGCSE, IBDP, EDEXCEL, GCSE, or AP is highly advantageous. The ability to work autonomously in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with colleagues is important.
