They should be able to think critically when making plans, demonstrate the ability to conduct market research and analysis, and develop and execute business development strategies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 – 5 years’ prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
- Sales experience in the paint-manufacturing industry is an advantage
