Job Responsibilities

  • Course Guidance: Promote various IT courses to students through phone calls, providing information about the programs offered by the institute.
  • Career Counseling: Advise students and parents on choosing the right courses to enhance their career prospects.
  • Admission Assistance: Guide students through the admission process, answering questions and helping them make informed decisions.
  • Query Resolution: Address any queries from students or parents regarding the courses and enrollment procedures.
  • Student Support: Assist students and professionals in identifying their academic and career goals, helping them select courses that align with their interests and abilities.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the student database regularly.
  • Admissions Conversion: Counsel prospective students effectively, converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to guide and counsel students on course selection.
