Responsibilities
Job Description
- Drive simplification & digitization initiatives across treasury functions, leading the development of new FX reporting and planning tools and processes.
- Build and develop the hedge reporting to allow effective hedge management and execution.
- Work with regional and product finance teams to drive understanding of FX impact on results and drive improvements in forecasting to optimize FX planning.
- Provide FX commercial finance support to pricing & Healthcare financial services teams as required.
- Ensure timely & accurate quarterly / yearly closing FX processes
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent
- Several years Finance/FP&A experience, preferably in a multinational organization.
- Proven financial systems skills with experience in system development preferable
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work independently
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks, flexible attitude.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work across functions at all levels within the organization
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Commitment for process execution and improvement
- Excellent teamwork skills; collaborative approach with peers and team members
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
