About the Role

AIVORA Techlabs Global Pvt Ltd is looking for a seasoned Zoho Developer to build, tailor, deploy, and maintain Zoho-based solutions for clients working across different industries. This position calls for deep hands-on experience with Zoho products, Deluge scripting, API integrations, workflow automation, and improving business processes.

You will collaborate with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable digital transformation solutions that support the company’s AI-led automation and ERP consulting offerings.

Role Details

Location: Remote / permanent work from home

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: 4 LPA to 6 LPA

Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and adapt Zoho applications such as CRM, Books, Creator, Desk, People, Inventory, Projects, and Analytics.
Collect business requirements from clients and convert them into workable technical solutions.
Modify modules, page layouts, workflows, blueprints, and automation logic to fit process needs.
Create custom applications within Zoho Creator.
Write, update, and maintain Deluge scripts for automation and customization.
Develop workflow automations, approvals, schedules, notifications, and other process enhancements.
Build AI-supported automation flows wherever relevant.
Integrate Zoho tools with third-party software and enterprise systems.
Create REST API-based integrations and work with payment gateways, ERP platforms, HRMS tools, e-commerce systems, and other SaaS products.
Ensure data moves securely and consistently across connected systems.
Test solutions thoroughly before release and support quality assurance.
Deliver projects on time while maintaining coding standards and proper documentation.
Provide ongoing support, refinements, and functional improvements after deployment.

Requirements

Strong practical experience customizing Zoho CRM.
Solid working knowledge of Zoho Creator.
Good command of Deluge scripting.
Exposure to Zoho Books, Desk, People, Inventory, and Analytics.
Experience working with REST APIs and webhooks.
Comfort with JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Background in third-party API integrations.
Understanding of databases and data migration concepts.
Ability to map business processes and design efficient workflows.
Experience delivering ERP or CRM implementations.
Strong communication skills for client interaction and requirement gathering.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Zoho Developer certification is preferred.
Prior exposure to ERP, SaaS, or IT consulting environments is preferred.
Experience with AI automation, business automation, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
Experience handling multiple client implementations is preferred.
