Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Gold Coast is for a Web Designer who can craft attractive, user-focused websites aligned with each client’s brand direction and story. The role sits at the intersection of visual design and digital storytelling, with a strong emphasis on creating polished web experiences that feel cohesive from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

You will design responsive website layouts, build wireframes and interactive prototypes, and work alongside copywriters, strategists, and developers to shape end-to-end digital experiences. You will also partner with clients and internal teams to understand briefs, improve ideas through feedback, and maintain a high standard of design across projects.

Design Approach and Expectations

The role calls for someone who keeps up with current web design trends, usability standards, and the possibilities of front-end implementation. You’ll be expected to bring a mobile-first mindset, apply accessibility considerations, and contribute to design work that is both visually strong and practical to build.

Qualifications and Background

A background in Web Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a similar discipline is preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is also acceptable. Experience in a studio or agency setting, particularly on branding-related work, will be considered an advantage.
