What you'll do

• Service and repair different kinds of watches.
• Carry out battery changes, strap fittings or adjustments, and small-scale repairs.
• Identify technical problems and apply the right fix.
• Make sure every repair meets quality expectations.
• Keep tools and the work area clean, organized, and well maintained.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance on watches.
• Work with retail or customer service staff to share repair status updates.
• Complete repair and servicing tasks within the expected timeframe.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Watch Technician.
• Solid understanding of watch servicing, repair, and maintenance.
• Experience with premium or branded watches is beneficial.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong focus on accuracy and fine detail.
• Comfortable working both alone and collaboratively.
• A technical certification in watch repair or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Prior experience with luxury watch brands is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
