About the Role

Paintgun is a fast-moving creative agency focused on turning growth strategies into paid ads that perform. In parallel with client work, the team is developing an in-house platform that brings together asset production, feedback loops, and performance analytics. The role sits at the intersection of design, usability, and data, helping shape how creative operations will work in the future.

The company is seeking a UX/UI Designer located in Europe to help build a product that influences how ad creatives are created, reviewed, approved, launched, and improved. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys making complex workflows easy to use and who values thoughtful product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and refine the Paintgun platform used to exchange creative assets with clients and gather feedback.
• Build clear, user-friendly workflows for publishing ad creatives to ad channels and handling approval steps.
• Turn performance metrics into simple interfaces that help users understand which creatives are working and the reasons behind their results.
• Work closely with product, creative, and engineering teams to strengthen clarity, usability, and the overall user experience.

Additional Information

This role is based in Berlin, Germany and is structured as a full-time onsite position. Candidates should be based in Europe.
