Role overview

Nando’s is hiring a Supervisor for its restaurant in Newbridge, County Kildare. This role sits between the management team and the restaurant crew, supporting day-to-day operations while building the foundations needed to progress into management.

As a Supervisor, you will gain practical exposure to how a restaurant is run and how a team is guided. The role is designed to help you learn at a comfortable pace before moving toward an Assistant Manager position in the future.

What the role involves

• Supporting the smooth running of the restaurant on a daily basis.
• Working as the link between management and team members.
• Building hands-on experience in restaurant operations and team supervision.
• Learning the core responsibilities involved in stepping up to a managerial role.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this position is £16.11.
