Role Overview
An opportunity is available for an accomplished Store Manager to oversee a luxury retail store in Riyadh. The position calls for someone who can steer daily operations, elevate revenue, and ensure a refined customer experience aligned with premium brand expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build sales momentum and consistently work toward store performance goals.
- Guide, support, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and service quality.
- Deliver a high-end customer experience and manage client relationships with care.
- Oversee store processes, stock control, cash handling, and adherence to required compliance standards.
- Maintain visual presentation and ensure brand merchandising standards are followed.
- Plan and run client engagement events as well as promotional activities.
- Track team output and contribute to hiring and training efforts when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Background in store management within luxury retail or comparable premium sectors such as beauty, fragrance, fashion, jewelry, or other high-end brands.
- Demonstrated strength in leadership, selling, and team supervision.
- Ability to provide excellent service and build lasting customer relationships.
- Hands-on experience with store operations, merchandising, and staff performance management.
- Strong command of English.
