Role Overview
The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving store performance. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and passionate about fashion retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Open and close the store as per operational requirements
- Lead, motivate, manage, and supervise the store team
- Hire, train, and onboard new team members
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment
- Coordinate with the production team regarding stock requirements, new launches, and inventory planning
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation
- Handle customer concerns and resolve escalations professionally
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
- Track team performance and ensure productivity goals are met
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency at all times
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and billing systems
Good to Have
- Experience managing a fashion boutique or retail store
- Understanding of styling and fashion trends
- Experience with CRM and customer retention initiatives

Additional Information
The salary offered is between 225,000 and 425,000 INR per annum.
