Role overview
This position focuses on preparing, checking, and maintaining order forms and contracts for Google services. The core objective is to make sure customer needs captured by Field Sales Representatives are translated into accurate, policy-compliant order documents and that deal processing runs smoothly from end to end.
Order and contract preparation
You will review the requirements shared by Field Sales Representatives, verify customer account information, and ensure the order details are complete, correct, and aligned with applicable policies and guidelines. You will also update internal systems with the validated order data.
Renewal management
The role includes handling renewal cases by validating the related order forms and contracts, and confirming that the documents are consistent with Google’s commercial and legal standards. Before submission, you will complete approval-versus-policy and approval-versus-contract checks.
Stakeholder coordination
You will work with subject matter experts to review order forms and contracts, incorporate feedback, and support smooth collaboration across teams.
Requirements and profile
A graduate degree, preferably with a commerce or finance background, is preferred. The role requires a strong understanding of order form and contract creation processes, high attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a compliance-focused approach. Strong written and spoken English skills are necessary, along with clear verbal and written communication for coordination with multiple teams.
