Role Overview

This opportunity is for a ServiceNow developer role within Tata Consultancy Services, supporting enterprise platform development and operations. The position is based on a walk-in hiring process in Kochi, while the work location can be Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune. Candidates should be available for the walk-in interview in Kochi on 13th June and should be comfortable working from any of the listed job locations.

Experience Required

The role calls for 4 to 15 years of relevant experience.

Key Technical Work

• Build and support ServiceNow solutions as a hands-on developer.
• Develop and maintain inbound actions, client scripts, UI policies, business rules, UI actions, import sets, transform maps, notifications, and script includes.
• Work with Flow Designer or traditional workflows.
• Handle integrations using SOAP or REST.
• Perform root-cause analysis when production issues arise.
• Apply scripting as an essential part of day-to-day work.

Methodology and Domain Knowledge

• Experience working in Agile environments is expected.
• Strong working knowledge of ITSM processes and modules is required.
• Familiarity with Service Catalog, Knowledge, Incident, Change, and Problem management is important.

Walk-in and Location Details

The interview will be conducted in Kochi, and the selected candidate may be placed in Bangalore, Chennai, or Pune.
