Senior Sales Associate

Position Overview

We are hiring a Senior Sales Associate to support a Fine Jewelry and Watches boutique in Dubai. This role focuses on selling luxury products, managing client relationships, and helping maintain a polished store environment while contributing to the overall performance of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations within the Fine Jewelry department in the boutique.
• Handle important sales accounts and client relationships using client books and the client database to strengthen engagement and improve sales results.
• Drive product sales and support store revenue growth.
• Coordinate repair requests and the movement of pieces within the region and beyond it.
• Show strong collaboration and leadership within the boutique, including supporting the coaching and training of sales teams on department collection knowledge.
• Build client loyalty by communicating the brand’s values and delivering a memorable experience.
• Deliver service that consistently meets company standards.
• Keep the sales area well maintained and ensure the store image remains premium and well presented.
• Contribute actively to daily floor operations and team support inside the boutique.

This role is based in one of the boutiques in Dubai and is focused on fine jewelry and watches retail. The position requires a strong service mindset, attention to brand presentation, and the ability to manage both sales performance and client engagement in a luxury store setting.
