The organization is headquartered in Hyderabad.Role overviewThis position is for an experienced HR professional who can manage recruitment activities from the first sourcing stage through to employee onboarding, while supporting hiring coordination and maintaining recruitment documentation.Key responsibilitiesOwn the complete recruitment workflow, starting from candidate sourcing and ending with onboarding.Identify potential candidates through job portals, employee referrals, and social networking platforms.Review applications, filter suitable profiles, and prepare a shortlist aligned with role requirements.Conduct preliminary HR-level interviews with candidates.Liaise with hiring managers to arrange and coordinate interview schedules.Handle offer issuance and support the joining process for selected candidates.Keep recruitment trackers and reports updated and organized.EligibilityApplications are limited to candidates with at least 1 year of experience who are based in Secunderabad.CompensationThe annual salary package is between INR 2,70,000 and INR 3,22,000.PerksHealth insuranceAdditional detailsThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Secunderabad, Telangana.
