Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate focused on customer engagement for an eyewear retail business. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding what they need, and guiding them toward suitable solutions. This position is based in Chandigarh and may also involve opportunities across multiple Indian locations including Punjab, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi NCR, Kerala, Chennai, Telangana, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.

Experience Needed

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in sales. This experience should be in direct sales and not telesales.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be 12th pass or a graduate. Strong customer-handling ability is important, along with the skill to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
