About the Role

You will be instrumental in managing the recruitment lifecycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, utilizing advanced tools and a supportive environment to achieve success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their staffing needs and market requirements.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.

• Stay updated on market trends within the technology, transformation, and finance sectors.
