Leminar Qatar is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with KAHRAMAA approval to support quality assurance and control across project execution in Doha.

Set up, apply, and update the Project Quality Plan along with supporting quality procedures.
Draft, examine, and maintain Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and all related quality records.
Carry out site checks and track construction work to confirm alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on quality matters.
Oversee testing and inspection activities and ensure documentation is properly maintained.
Spot non-conformance issues and drive corrective as well as preventive actions.
Support quality compliance from project mobilization through commissioning and final handover.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institute.
Valid ISO 9001 Quality Management System training certification is required.
8 to 10 years of experience in QA/QC engineering, ideally on large-scale projects.
KAHRAMAA approval is mandatory.
Candidates must be on the permanent payroll of the employer.
Proven ability to create and implement Project Quality Plans.
Practical site experience in inspection activities from project initiation through commissioning.
Good knowledge of international standards and codes, including BS, ASTM, ACI, ANSI, API, ASME, and other relevant national and international requirements.
Strong written and verbal communication, reporting, and coordination abilities.

This is a full-time, onsite position based in Doha, Qatar.
