Overview
We are working with an established manufacturer in the Cincinnati, Ohio area that is looking for a Project Manager who wants a role with real ownership and visible impact. This position offers the chance to manage important projects from the first phase through final delivery while collaborating closely with leadership and key partners.
The right person will enjoy a fast-moving environment, solving problems as they arise, and making sure projects are completed successfully and on time.
What You Will Do
- Guide projects from initial kickoff all the way through completion.
- Create, track, and adjust project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, materials, and other project resources.
- Maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Spot risks early and resolve issues before they affect delivery.
- Monitor project spending and help protect profitability.
- Manage project records, reporting, and compliance-related documentation.
