About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to help drive planning, coordination, research, documentation, and communication across several initiatives. This position is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, can keep multiple moving parts on track, and wants to build hands-on experience in project management and operations while working remotely.
What you will do
- Keep project tasks, milestones, and schedules aligned with deadlines.
- Monitor progress and maintain clear, up-to-date project records.
- Arrange meetings and support calendar coordination.
- Gather information, perform research, and prepare written reports.
- Stay in touch with internal team members and external stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain organized project folders, documentation, and status updates.
- Provide general administrative and operational support when required.
What we are looking for

- Strong ability to organize work and communicate clearly.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
