Production Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous Production Coordinator to help manage day-to-day operational flow. The position focuses on checking customer orders, understanding retailer-specific packing, labeling, ticketing, and shipping rules, and ensuring those requirements are clearly passed on to factories and internal teams. You will also monitor shipments to distribution centers, maintain compliance across the full order process, and work closely with cross-functional teams to keep execution accurate and on schedule.

Key duties

• Examine incoming customer orders and spot retailer-specific compliance needs.
• Study retailer manuals, routing instructions, and compliance documents to understand packaging, labeling, ticketing, and shipping expectations.
• Explain compliance requirements to factories, vendors, and internal stakeholders so orders meet customer standards.
• Work with factories during production to confirm requirements are properly understood and applied.
• Follow shipments from factories to retailer distribution centers, share progress updates, and resolve or escalate delays when needed.
• Assist sales operations by keeping order and shipment records accurate and ensuring customer orders are completed on time.

Skills and profile

This role calls for strong Excel ability, careful data handling, fast adaptation to new systems, and a detail-driven approach. It also requires the ability to research and apply retailer compliance rules, stay organized while handling multiple priorities, and communicate fluently in English.

Additional information

Candidates with studies in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related area will be considered an advantage.
