Production Associate

About the Role

This position is with Tinkernauts, a company focused on hands-on learning and creative exploration for children. The role supports the production of 3D-printed toy products and related assembly work, with an emphasis on careful inspection, precise soldering, secure packaging, and smooth dispatch coordination.

Responsibilities

• Carefully examine 3D-printed toy items to spot flaws and confirm they meet quality expectations.
• Carry out quality checks consistently at different stages of the production flow.
• Work closely with the production team to help meet daily and weekly output targets.
• Complete assigned work on time and stay aligned with production schedules and deadlines.
• Handle soldering tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Pack completed products safely and hand them over to the shipping partner for delivery.

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to candidates with at least 1 year of experience and to Computer Science Engineering students. Applicants should also meet the listed additional requirements.

Requirements

• ITI Diploma.
• Prior soldering experience.

Compensation

The annual salary offered for this role is INR 3,15,000 to 4,20,000.
