Role Overview
Curefit is looking for a driven and skilled Personal Trainer to join the team in Lucknow. In this role, you will support clients through customized fitness coaching, help them make steady progress, and guide them toward their health and performance goals.
What You’ll Do
- Create and run fitness plans that are tailored to each client’s objectives, fitness level, and preferences.
- Work closely with clients in one-on-one sessions by demonstrating exercises, correcting form, and offering practical coaching.
- Evaluate clients at the start of their program, define achievable targets, and build a plan to help them reach those milestones.
- Monitor progress over time, share feedback regularly, and update training routines whenever needed.
- Support the growth of personal training services by helping attract new clients and encouraging existing clients to continue their journey.
