Role overview

As a People & Talent Intern at Lyceum, you will partner closely with the Growth & Operations Manager and play an active role in strengthening the team behind the company’s growth. This is a hands-on position where you will take responsibility for meaningful parts of the hiring process, including finding candidates, managing communication, and helping ensure that the right people join at the right moment.

Lyceum is expanding quickly across engineering, commercial, and operations functions, and this role sits at the center of that expansion.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for open roles through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and outbound sourcing.
  • Handle candidate communication throughout the process, including outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Coordinate interviews across the team and help create a smooth experience for candidates.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the applicant tracking system and hiring workflows.
  • Run initial screening conversations and prepare concise candidate summaries for the hiring team.
  • Support employer branding efforts and help present Lyceum effectively to potential talent.
  • Assist with onboarding logistics as new team members join.
