About the role
As a Package Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and delivering parcels between residential and commercial locations. The role is based in a physically demanding, high-energy environment and involves frequent driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying of packages.
You will be expected to follow safe transport practices at all times while traveling between destinations and to help maintain a high standard of customer service through efficient, reliable delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to homes and business locations.
- Follow approved safe driving procedures in day-to-day operations.
- Handle parcels through regular lifting, lowering, and carrying throughout the shift.
- Maintain efficient service standards to support a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift packages weighing up to 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
- Should comply with the company’s appearance standards.
- Needs strong customer interaction skills and confident driving ability.
- Must meet local age and operational rules for driving a vehicle.
- Must be available to work 5 days per week.
