  • Study reports and operational data to find bottlenecks and strengthen performance.
  • Lead regional initiatives linked to safety, engagement, network speed, and cost control.
  • Run daily stand-ups, weekly business reviews, monthly business reviews, and peak readiness discussions.
  • Use data-driven improvement methods such as Kaizen and continuous improvement practices.
  • Finalize labor plans for the site so cost is optimized without compromising performance or associate experience.
