This opening is for an immediately available Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician I in Stockton, CA. The role pays an hourly rate of $25 to $32 and is designed for someone who can support store operations by handling a range of maintenance and repair needs.

What the Role Involves

In this position, you will help keep store equipment and facilities operating efficiently. Your work may include servicing HVAC units, refrigeration systems, beverage and food equipment, ice makers, and fuel dispensers, along with taking care of plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep tasks. You will also track parts inventory, prepare daily reports, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.

Additional Responsibilities

The job may also include training other entry-level technicians, setting work priorities, performing basic structural maintenance, and taking ownership of assigned locations and tasks.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or GED is preferred. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in general repair and maintenance work and must hold a valid driver’s license. The company also values strong leadership, communication, peer support, time management, and the ability to take on stretch assignments.

Benefits and Compensation

This role offers a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, subject to change. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, holidays, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, and potential bonus opportunities. Compensation is listed at $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, and the final pay and discretionary benefits remain subject to company policy and applicable law.
