Merchandiser

About the Role

Dyson is looking for a field merchandiser to support store execution across the Dresden, Leipzig, and Erfurt area. In this role, you will represent Dyson products in retail locations, help present them in an appealing way, and share product knowledge with local store teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Visit a range of retail stores and bring Dyson product stories to life on the shop floor.
• Set up products attractively and maintain strong visual presentation standards.
• Work closely with the area manager to plan routes efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Identify useful marketing actions that improve product visibility and in-store appeal.
• Handle minor maintenance tasks during store visits, such as replacing damaged display parts or faulty light elements.
• Support retailers and customers with clear answers after regular product and training sessions.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail, visual merchandising, sales, or a related field, combined with practical hand skills for small repairs.
• Willingness to travel across multiple locations and a valid driving license.
• Confident use of MS Office.
• Genuine interest in innovative Dyson products and technology, along with the confidence to contribute ideas and feedback proactively.
• A creative, outgoing, and communicative personality with enthusiasm for engaging different stakeholders.

Contract Details

This position is offered on a fixed-term basis for one year initially. If both sides are interested, an extension is planned afterward.
