Role Overview

This assignment is for an Adult Learning Facilitator who will deliver training and learning support for Ubertal Inc. The engagement is a 6-month contract beginning in August. The work is remote-based, but the role requires extensive nationwide travel across the United States to plasma center locations, covering roughly 75% to 100% of the time.

Interview Process

Selection interviews will be conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Run interactive learning sessions in both online and on-site settings.
Lead workshops and hands-on learning activities that keep participants engaged.
Offer coaching and support to learners throughout the training process.
Work closely with stakeholders and the instructional design team to align training delivery.
Adjust facilitation methods to suit varied audience needs and learning styles.

Required Skills and Experience

Proven experience in facilitation and public presentation.
Background in adult education or training delivery.
Strong ability to handle group interactions and dynamics.
Clear communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the country.
