Role overview

This is an intermediate onsite IT support position based in Singapore for a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident. The role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable handling hands-on technical support in a busy office environment. You will work across Windows endpoints and servers, support users through onboarding and offboarding, and help keep collaboration tools and core Microsoft services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver second-line support for Windows desktops such as Windows 10 and 11, along with server environments, by resolving hardware and software issues, applying updates, and improving performance.
  • Handle user joiner and leaver activities, including account setup, device provisioning, and configuring access permissions.
  • Set up and support Microsoft Teams meeting rooms, making sure audio and video devices, calendars, and other peripherals work properly for hybrid meetings.
  • Carry out basic Active Directory administration, including user and group maintenance, policy application, and access review checks.
  • Use SCCM to deploy software and images, manage endpoint patching, and support compliance reporting.
  • Administer Office 365 tasks such as licensing, email configuration, SharePoint access, and troubleshooting collaboration services.
  • Work with remote IT colleagues to escalate complex incidents and contribute to internal documentation and knowledge-base articles.
  • Perform regular hardware checks, tidy cabling, and assist with basic office network troubleshooting.
  • Follow internal IT policies and security practices to support data protection and compliance.

Required experience and skills

  • Strong practical knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems, especially Windows 10 and 11, as well as Windows Server platforms such as 2016, 2019, and 2022.
