Job summary

This role focuses on installing automotive window film while supporting product quality, customer satisfaction, and the ongoing expansion of the automotive film business.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out automotive window film installations to a consistently high standard.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with wholesale and retail customers in the local market.
• Move vehicles between XPEL sites and third-party locations when required.
• Arrive on time and maintain dependable attendance.
• Take on other work-related tasks as assigned.

Required qualifications and experience

• High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent local qualification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• At least 2 years of experience installing automotive window tint is preferred.
• Current valid driver’s license with a clean driving history.
• Ability to satisfy the company’s motor vehicle insurance eligibility requirements.
• Comfortable operating high-end vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Good listening skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stay effective in a busy, fast-moving environment.
• Professional, courteous approach with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods.
• Ability to use hands and fingers for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop regularly.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
