Role Overview
This position is for an HPDC Machine Operator based in Chennai. The role focuses on running high-pressure die casting equipment and maintaining stable machine performance during production.
Core Duties
- Operate hot-chamber or cold-chamber high-pressure die casting machines effectively.
- Handle related machine components such as ladles, extractors, and plunger speed settings.
- Monitor and adjust process parameters to support smooth output.
- Identify casting defects and troubleshoot issues during production.
- Work with die setting, clamping, and alignment to keep the machine set up correctly.
