The organisation supports people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities to work toward their goals. It is a registered NDIS provider delivering supported independent living, short-term accommodation (respite), social connection programs, lifestyle options, therapy and employment services across more than 420 locations in Victoria and New South Wales.
About the role
- Deliver therapy that responds to each client’s needs, builds on existing strengths and supports practical long-term outcomes.
- Provide targeted therapy to children and younger people, or to older adolescents and adults depending on your professional scope, working alongside key people in the person’s life to support wellbeing, daily function and participation in the community across different settings.
- Work with clients in a range of clinical environments to create and review individual therapy and support plans, making sure the goals are meaningful, relevant and aligned to the person’s own priorities.
- Share clear, up-to-date information with clients about services that can help them make informed decisions.
About you
- You strongly connect with the organisation’s purpose of helping each person supported to live as an equal and empowered citizen.
- You bring clinical experience and have worked in disability services.
- You value person-centred practice, strengths-based support, inclusion and active participation.
- You communicate well and work effectively as part of a team.

- Clearance for the NDIS Worker Screening Check and an Employee Working with Children Check.

Benefits
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 per year for everyday living costs such as rent, mortgage, groceries and petrol, plus possible meal and entertainment packaging of around $2,600 per year.
- Option to buy extra leave in addition to standard entitlement for greater flexibility.
- Paid induction and ongoing learning, with development opportunities and career pathways across therapy, support work and related areas; staff can also access up to $1,500 per year for professional development on top of internal training.
- Employee Assistance Program offering confidential counselling, mental health and wellbeing support.
- Access to discounted instant vouchers through the Smart Spending platform, with digital wallet storage for online or in-store use.
