A family in Duluth is looking for a caring, experienced full-time nanny to join them starting in July. Role Summary

This role focuses on keeping the children engaged, active, and supported throughout the day. The nanny will help create structured yet fun days filled with reading, outdoor time, imaginative play, crafts, and other developmentally appropriate activities. The ideal person will be comfortable taking initiative, working independently, and partnering with the parents to maintain consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive day-to-day care for two young children.
• Organize suitable activities such as games, crafts, puzzles, reading, and outdoor play.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the children.
• Encourage children to clean up after activities and build age-appropriate independence.
• Drive children to activities when required.
• Handle preschool pickup in the afternoon.
• Maintain routines and help create a positive, nurturing atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay range: $23 to $25 per hour, paid on a W-2 basis.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

• 10 days of paid time off are included.
