Company Overview
Trusity is a skill-tech and incubator platform backed by Dubai (UAE) and TWorks (India). Its mission is to strengthen 21st-century capabilities among children and young people, with a focus on digital literacy, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. The company has also introduced a knowledge-based multi-AI agents platform designed to encourage students to think like founders, solve problems creatively, and develop into future leaders.
Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai for a Full Stack Developer. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting scalable web applications that support Trusity’s learning products and AI-enabled platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Create responsive user interfaces for the front end.
- Develop dependable server-side services and APIs, connect databases, and maintain strong performance and security across the full application stack.
- Work with product, design, and education teams to turn business and user needs into practical technical solutions.
- Investigate issues in existing systems and improve their performance and stability.
- Take part in code reviews, keep technical documentation up to date, and help improve engineering practices and tools over time.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in back-end web development, especially API creation and server-side logic.
- Experience developing front-end applications with responsive and intuitive user experiences.
- Well-rounded software development and full-stack experience across different application layers.
- Working knowledge of Angular, Node.js, React, and Python.
- Familiarity with GitHub, DynamoDB, and AWS services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT Engineering.
- Comfort working in a cross-functional team, communicating clearly, and adapting quickly in a dynamic environment.
Additional Information
This role is based in Dubai and requires on-site attendance. The position is focused on developing and supporting platforms used for learning and AI-driven educational experiences.
