Role Overview
Svenska Design Hotels is hiring a Front Office Associate for its 5-star luxury property in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The hotel is part of a European boutique hospitality chain originating from Sweden. The compensation for this position is listed at Rs. 1.20 to Rs. 1.80 lakhs per annum.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests in a warm, polished manner and offer attentive support throughout their stay to help ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Oversee front desk operations such as guest arrivals, departures, and reservation handling with speed and accuracy.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to guest issues, questions, and service requests.
- Use strong English communication skills to interact confidently with a varied guest base and share correct information when needed.
- Apply hospitality training and service standards to maintain the hotel’s premium guest experience.
Requirements
- An undergraduate degree or diploma in hotel management is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in front office operations within a hotel is essential.
- English proficiency is mandatory.
- Tamil? No. Telugu is preferred as an added advantage.
