We are seeking a highly experienced Presentation Designer for a freelance engagement on the Tendem project. The work centers on specialized storytelling within a hybrid AI plus human workflow, where AI agents manage routine tasks and you contribute the judgment, subject-matter depth, and design execution needed for polished, high-impact presentations.

This is a remote, part-time opportunity suited to creative professionals with practical expertise in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven slide design.

What you'll do

In this freelance role for a Tendem project, your main focus will be transforming complex information into visually clear, persuasive presentations and one-pagers. You will work with tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma to produce professional materials that balance storytelling, structure, and visual refinement.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium pitch decks and one-page materials adapted to specific audiences and objectives.
• Turn dense data and layered information into simple, compelling visual narratives with strong hierarchy and minimal clutter.
• Improve presentation quality through custom typography, refined motion, and consistent visual treatment.
• Maintain a polished style that blends corporate professionalism with creative presentation design.
• Check alignment, pacing, branding, and overall formatting carefully before handing over the final version.

Requirements

This role calls for advanced design ability, strong communication through visuals, and the discipline to work independently on high-stakes deliverables.

• About 2 or more years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a closely related creative field is an advantage.
• Strong command of presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Keynote for building complex, animated decks.
• Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or in Figma for graphics and layout work.
• Ability to convert detailed data and multi-level structures into clear, minimal, and well-organized visuals.
• Advanced capability with typography and smooth, elegant animations for premium-quality deliverables.
• English level of B2 upper-intermediate or higher is required.
• Experience producing high-end layouts with a premium corporate-meets-creative look is important.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual precision are necessary.
• Comfort working independently and solving design challenges without close supervision is expected.
• A CV must include a portfolio link showing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization examples; applications without this will not be reviewed.

Working time and compensation

During active phases, the expected workload is approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. This is only an estimate and is not guaranteed; it applies only when the project is active.

Compensation can reach up to the equivalent of USD 50 per hour, depending on the contributor's level and speed of work. Pay may vary by project based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
