Role overview

An experienced Foreman / Working Foreman is required for a major residential project in County Sligo. This opportunity is with a client delivering a large-scale development and would suit a candidate with a strong background in residential, commercial, retail, or fit-out construction in Ireland. The role is available for an immediate start, and candidates based in North Mayo or the Sligo area will be especially well placed.

What the role involves

• Managing subcontractors and site labour on a day-to-day basis.
• Taking responsibility for the project from groundwork through to finishing, completion, and handover.
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and finish quality throughout the build.
• Working with clients, engineers, and architects whenever coordination is needed.

Experience and profile required

• Hands-on experience in Ireland on large residential schemes or comparable construction projects.
• A trade background would be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years of construction industry experience in Ireland.

Compensation

Pay will be agreed with the successful candidate at the offer stage.
