Role overview
RNG Properties is hiring a part-time Finance Manager for its Abu Dhabi operations. The position follows a hybrid setup, so you will spend part of your time on site while also having flexibility to work from home.
What you will handle
In this role, you will take charge of the company’s routine finance functions across the property portfolio. Your work will include maintaining books of accounts, keeping track of cash movement, reconciling bank statements, and monitoring payables and receivables.
You will also prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, then translate the numbers into practical insights on income, costs, and project profitability for management.
As part of the job, you will strengthen financial controls, support adherence to local regulations and tax obligations, and work with auditors, banks, and other service partners whenever required.
Another important part of the role is supporting leadership with financial evaluations for new property investments, lease arrangements, and feasibility studies for upcoming projects.
Required qualifications and capabilities
The ideal candidate should be confident in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow oversight. A solid grasp of accounting fundamentals, bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting is essential.
You should be comfortable performing investment analysis, assessing project feasibility, and measuring profitability. Strong working knowledge of accounting tools and spreadsheet software such as Excel, or similar platforms, is also needed.
Experience in real estate or property management finance would be an added advantage. Familiarity with local financial rules, tax basics, and compliance practices is important.
Success in this role will also depend on strong attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to work independently while managing priorities in a part-time hybrid environment.
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline is expected. Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA are considered a plus.
