About the roleVardhaman Sanitary is hiring a Field Sales Executive to help expand its customer base and strengthen business relationships in Pune. The company works with plumbing and sanitary solutions, offering a wide range of products such as faucets, sanitaryware, GI fittings, pipes, and accessories. The role suits someone who is energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable handling customer conversations in English, Hindi, and Marathi.ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture relationships with both prospective and existing customers to support sales growth.Source new business through lead generation, networking, and cold outreach.Showcase products through demonstrations and presentations to help customers understand the offering.Discuss terms with clients and work toward closing sales and partnership opportunities.Handle customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive service experience.Coordinate with the marketing team on promotion plans and brand visibility efforts.Keep track of market movements and competitor activity to stay competitive.RequirementsAt least 1 year of professional experience is required.Applicants must be based in Pune.Strong spoken communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are expected.Prior exposure to lead generation and sales activities is needed.PerksHealth insurance is provided.Additional informationThis is a full-time, on-site position in Pune, Maharashtra.
