Role overview

The Field Project Engineer will take ownership of technical projects at the plant, including installing production lines, upgrading equipment, increasing factory performance, and supporting compliance with safety and quality requirements.

Requirements

The role calls for a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.

Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of experience in CAPEX project management, procurement, or supply chain roles within FMCG or manufacturing environments.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or a similar credential, is preferred.

Candidates should also be comfortable using project management tools and working with established project methodologies.
