About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor who pays close attention to detail and can recognize quality food standards. What You’ll Do
- Follow portion guidelines, quality expectations, and all department policies and procedures.
- Keep the work area clean and organized throughout the entire shift.
- Read and carry out prep sheets and recipes accurately.
- Check food quality and ensure orders are correct before they go out.
- Track product inventory during the shift and communicate any shortages or needs.
- Follow first-in, first-out practices and proper product rotation methods.
- Maintain proper sanitation and cleaning standards during the shift.
- Communicate clearly in a busy, high-volume environment.
- Work cooperatively as part of the team.

Pay and Benefits
Roadies are paid on a weekly basis. Eligible employees may receive a competitive rewards package after one year of service, subject to benefit eligibility requirements. The package may include medical coverage, dental and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year, paid vacation, short-term disability coverage, life insurance, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, identity theft protection, an employee assistance program, business travel insurance, and an annual holiday bonus.
