Role overview
An Executive Housekeeper is responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of housekeeping activities in a facility. The role focuses on maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest comfort while ensuring the housekeeping team works efficiently and consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure all areas meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Supervise housekeeping staff and coordinate their work to maintain service quality.
- Monitor team performance and help ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage housekeeping budgets and support effective use of resources.
- Work closely with other departments to keep operations aligned and efficient.
