Job Summary
BDO India is looking for an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. The role is best suited to someone who is well-organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling several priorities while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Key duties include managing calendars, arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and supporting business processes such as billing and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep senior management calendars organized by booking appointments and handling travel logistics.
- Support business operations by assisting with billing, invoicing, and exposure to tax filing-related work.
- Plan meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes of meetings.
- Sort incoming correspondence, prepare outgoing mail and emails, respond to queries, screen calls, and set up conference calls when needed.
- Work with different business teams to organize review meetings, discuss business plans, gather information, and build presentations for meetings.
- Handle call screening and routing as part of daily administrative support.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and appointment calendars.
- Arrange domestic and international travel as required.
- Record dictation and prepare meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome, and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an administrative or executive assistant function can also be considered.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good planning, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work on your own, set priorities, and deliver within deadlines.
- Comfort with travel coordination and calendar handling.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion at all times.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite opportunity based in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
