Overview
An AI company is hiring a remote Executive Assistant to provide senior-level administrative and coordination support.
What you will do
- Run demanding executive schedules, organize meetings, and manage logistics across several international time zones and outside partners.
- Deliver advanced administrative and executive support to leadership.
- Arrange travel, process expenses, and help manage routine business operations.
- Monitor projects, due dates, and follow-up items while flagging possible blockers or timeline risks early.
- Use AI-enabled tools to support research, summarize documents, draft communications, create meeting briefs, and keep projects on track.
- Build polished materials such as board-level documents, slide decks, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with board and committee sessions by coordinating documentation, materials, and meeting arrangements.
- Manage sensitive governance, legal, HR, and compensation information with a high level of judgment and confidentiality.
- Act as a central point of contact across functions to keep communication clear, aligned, and moving forward.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is needed.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting executives is required.
- Prior experience in a technology environment is expected.
- Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work is important.
Compensation
The position offers an annual base pay range of USD 75,000 to USD 95,000. Final compensation may differ based on location, relevant experience, education, and skill level. Bonus eligibility, if included, will be confirmed at the offer stage.
