About the RoleRoyal Knot Events is looking for a fresh talent to join as an Event Designer. This is a full-time hybrid position centered in Kochi, with work spanning Kochi and Thrissur. The role blends creative planning with hands-on execution for wedding and event projects. It is focused on spatial and décor design for events, rather than graphic design alone.What You’ll DoDevelop concepts for wedding and event spaces, including stage layouts, décor themes, spatial planning, and the overall visual atmosphere.Prepare mood boards, colour schemes, and concept decks for client review and approval.Build detailed event design plans that match client expectations and budget limits.Work closely with clients to capture their ideas, style preferences, and event goals.Coordinate with vendors, production teams, and planners to bring the design plan to life smoothly.Supervise the on-site setup of décor and space arrangements to keep execution aligned with the approved design.Adjust plans as needed based on venue limitations and real-time event challenges.Maintain a unified look, feel, and quality standard across every part of the event.Contribute to the full design journey from initial idea development through final event delivery.Additional InformationThis role requires both creative design work and on-site involvement.
