About the Role
This position is for an experienced ESL instructor who will support the training of AI systems. The work involves checking how well chatbots are progressing, assessing the reasoning behind their responses, and identifying issues that can help improve model quality.
You will use your advanced linguistics background to hold conversations with chatbots in both Arabic and English. You will also create fresh conversation examples to teach the models how to respond more effectively.

Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the outputs they produce.
- Judge the accuracy and overall performance of the content generated by AI models.
Qualifications
- You must be fluent in both English and Arabic.
- A strong eye for detail is important.
- You should have excellent grammar, style, and brand-voice skills.
- A bachelor’s degree that is currently being pursued, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
Important Notes
Payment is processed through PayPal, and no payment of any kind will ever be requested from applicants. PayPal will manage any conversion from USD to other currencies. Only candidates currently located in the UAE will be considered. This is an independent contractor engagement.
