Role Overview
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer will collaborate with sales and technical teams to deliver scalable AI voice solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include offering tailored technical support, designing solution architectures, creating demos and technical enablement materials, building self-service tools, and identifying repeatable integration opportunities for productization.
Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with Account Executives in the technical sales process.
- Engage directly with customers’ technical teams to architect bespoke solutions.
- Develop compelling technical demonstrations that effectively showcase product value.
- Create resources to improve sales team's technical expertise and efficiency.
- Design self-help tools and documentation empowering customer autonomy.
- Spot common integration trends for potential product development in collaboration with product teams.
Candidate Profile
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI technology and ElevenLabs' products.
- Enjoyment in working closely with customers and iterating solutions.
- Ability to recognize scalable patterns and standardize them.
- Strong empathy towards customers, sales, and product stakeholders.
- Solid technical foundation to architect complex integrations.
- Prior experience interacting with customers in technical roles, including from club or project environments.
- Proficient in Python, with deep knowledge of software design and integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to various audiences.
Additional Details
This is a remote-first position based in the UAE, with a preference for candidates in Dubai and expectation of travel for client site visits.
