Role Overview

Applications are invited from qualified Ghanaians who are motivated, achievement-focused, and able to demonstrate sound leadership and enthusiasm for the role of Driver. The position is based in Accra.

Job Purpose

The driver will be responsible for moving staff, visitors, and materials safely and efficiently, while keeping vehicles in proper working condition and following organizational transport rules as well as road safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport employees, guests, and goods to assigned destinations in a safe and timely manner.
• Use assigned vehicles in line with traffic regulations, safety standards, and internal procedures.
• Carry out everyday checks before and after trips, including fuel, engine oil, water, brakes, tires, and lights.
• Keep vehicle logbooks up to date with mileage, fuel consumption, destination details, and trip records.
• Follow road safety practices and comply with the organization’s transport guidelines at all times.

Qualification and Experience

• A valid driver’s licence suitable for the category of vehicle to be operated.
• Ability to read and write in English.
